A job search platform that pulls listings from 5,000+ company career sites every night, through job-board APIs plus a custom scraper for sites with no API. It has Stripe subscriptions, user accounts, an AI backend and a paid ad launch. We designed, built and launched it ourselves.

Three chained AI agents that turn one set of project inputs into finished scope, planning and execution documents.
IADB: Independent Animation Database
A searchable directory of independent animated series and the people who make them: studios, producers, animators, illustrators, voice actors, editors and composers. Built on a relational PostgreSQL database that tracks people across multiple roles on every show and episode, with a WordPress front end that non-technical editors can update themselves.

10+ years as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Dell, including 150+ applications delivered into a new test environment in 6 months. Before that, I led Under Armour’s e-commerce overhaul and spent 30 years designing databases at AT&T, Dell and Bayer.

Who owns the code?
You do: all code, accounts and designs, from day one.
What if I want changes mid-build?
Small changes are absorbed. Bigger ones get a written change quote before any work starts, so the price never moves without your approval.
Can you just quote my idea now?
Not honestly. Any fixed price without a spec is a guess. That’s exactly what the Discovery sprint is for, and its fee is credited to your build.
